Jigsaw Search & Selection is owner-managed, independent and aims to foster long-term relationships with its customers. We avoid the bad practice which is common in the recruitment industry, and adhere to the following Code of Practice:
- NO unsolicited “spamming” of Candidate CVs with the aim of securing a fee by being the first to submit
- NO misinforming candidates of the position and finance available with a Client in order to get them to Interview
- NO misinforming Clients of Candidate salary levels in order to inflate fees
- NO actively sourcing new candidates from Clients signed up under a Preferred Suppliers Agreement
- NO hard sales techniques designed to effect a short-term placement and adding little or no value to either party
Our business model is to work very closely with limited number of Clients, ensuring we have adequate time to dedicate to their cause. By being practical and adaptable we reflect the market in which we work. Our staff are trained as Consultants rather than just administrators or salespeople.
