Usually targeted at Director level appointments, our Executive Search service is provided on the basis of an assignment fee in addition to a placement fee on completion. Each assignment is unique, but typically provides:
- Detailed briefing meeting
- Interview of all potential candidates over the telephone and in person where necessary
- Provide detailed notes/report on all shortlisted candidates
- Exclusivity on all shortlisted candidates
- Assignment managed by a senior member of staff
- References
- Other testing as required (e.g. psychometric, any systems employed by the Client etc.)
- Formal, written report
- Advice on structured recruitment campaign and advertising
We assure confidentiality and discretion in all our search work, and will allocate a significant amount of research work and consultant time to each requirement
